Modular work and conviviality spaces
Invivoo offers innovative IT solutions in the sector of information systems and software publishing for companies.
Invivoo called upon Tétris to prepare the transfer of its teams from its offices in Courbevoie (92) to a larger site (700 m²) located at the 24th Floor of the Franklin tower in La Défense.
Invivoo’s growing activity allowed them to plan increased recruitment between now and 2020, therefore it was natural for them to choose a site that could quickly accommodate new employees.
Tétris assisted, before the transfer of the teams, in order to advise Invivoo on the creation of a space-plan, an overall budget for works and furniture, then on the final choice of colour materials, ensuring this was integrated with the furniture package. The company was looking to offer work, meeting and relaxation spaces. While emphasising it’s friendly image as a dynamic and growing company.
The project integrated open-space workspaces for all employees, an executive office and a modular training room. The latter, with a capacity of 30 people, also opens onto a large cafeteria area, thus providing a large open space that can accommodate external events.
Both quiet and meeting rooms have also been created, and the open-space work areas have been supplemented with furniture that can accommodate more informal meetings.
The idea was to allow maximum modularity in the workspace and a relaxed atmosphere for the in-house teams.
Particular attention was paid to the choice of materials used for the work in order to comply with the regulations specific to IGH (high-rise building).
The organization of the space was also subject to an ongoing dialogue and approval process with the tower’s staff and management: technical director, SSI (fire safety and security) manager and the safety manager.
